Your privacy is important to Scrum System Pvt Ltd. This statement discloses the information practices for Scrum System Pvt Ltd Cloud service LabourWorks, including what type of information is gathered and tracked, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.

Accessing Labourworks Cloud Platform

Labourworks is merely a technical platform provided by Scrum System P Ltd for managing Contract LabourWorks based on the commercial agreement between Scrum System P Ltd & the Principal Employer. Labourworks Cloud is a paid service and hence unless there is a commercial agreement between Scrum System P Ltd and the Principal Employer, you may not visit and explore the site even if you have valid credentials.  After the commercial agreement and clearing of due payments, you may access the site only though the credentials supplied to you. Ensuring the confidentiality of your credentials is solely your responsibility and Scrum System will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by problems which are generally described as identity thefts.  Access for Contractors and PE Employees is the sole discretion of the Principal employer and hence dispute (if any) should be raised to the Principal employer directly.

Contractors Personal & Firm information

 You may choose to give us personal information or your firm’s information in a variety of situations. For example, you may want to give us information, such as your name , your organizations name , address or e-mail id, to correspond with you, your Labour License details , Insurance Policy details , your various registration numbers with government agencies or the images of your certificates , bank challans  etc.  You have agreed to upload this information at your discretion, with a clear intention of sharing the information with the Principal Employer and Principal Employers Employees.  If you give us personal information or the biometric information, photographs etc. about somebody else like your contact workmen, such as a spouse of contract workmen etc., we will assume that you have their permission to do so.

Principal Employers Information

The principal employer may choose upload the information on the LabourWorks Platform at their discretion.  Scrum System will not share this information with any third party unless the state enforces a legal order to do so. Before sharing the information Scrum System will intimate the Principal Employer.

Using and Sharing Personal Information

The following paragraphs describe in more detail how Scrum System may use your personal information and with whom we may share it.  

Access to Principal Employer and PE Employees

You are made aware explicitly that the information available on Labourworks Platform is accessible to the principal employer, Principal Employers Employees & Contractors. Depending upon the access rights the quantum of information may differ. Before launching the service the PE has to ensure that the access to information to various stake holders is as per Principal employer’s policies.

The Principal Employer may alter, edit, and delete any information without informing the user uploading the information. Principal Employer is free to use any information uploaded on the site for their audits or similar activities.

Legal & statutory requirements

 The information provided on the site will never be shared by Scrum System with any third party. However if the state demands any information against any court order then Scrum System will be obliged to share the information . However the Principal Employer will be informed about the same before sharing the information.

Scrum System Administration

Scrum System administrators may delete, modify or add data to resolve the technical errors (if any), any probable data loss due to such activity will be first discussed with the Principal Employer in advance.

Service Quality Monitoring

 Certain transactions on Labourworks Cloud platform may also involve you calling us or our calling you. Please be aware that it is Scrum System's general practice to monitor and in some cases record such calls for staff training or quality assurance purposes.

Notification of Changes

 This privacy statement was last updated on 1st April 2015. A notice will be posted on our Web site home page for 30 days whenever this privacy statement is changed in a material way.
